Spent Christmas holidays at a cozy hotel with a great location near the city center. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and daily room cleaning, which made our stay more comfortable. Appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who assisted us with all our queries and provided useful information about the city.
The hotel's breakfast was limited, and we had to go out to eat. , the hotel's wifi was weak, and we had problems with our connection.

The hotel had good amenities and offered free Wi-Fi. the location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from.
The hotel had a few drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. One of the main concerns was the cleanliness of the rooms, which left something to be desired.

The area around the hotel has safety issues and is not considered ideal for solo female travelers. the rooms are in a shoddy condition with worn-out bed sheets, poor-quality shampoo and conditioner, and no showers in the bathroom.
The hotel is not equipped to cater to disabled guests, making it challenging for them to navigate the rooms and facilities.
